Payment & Cancellation Policy

An advanced payment of the first night (incl. taxes) is processed at the first time of booking which is non refundable The remaining full payment is due at arrival date and is non refundable. No shows or early check-outs are non refundable.

Short-Term Reservations:
1 to 7 nights

Any cancelations outside of 2 days prior to arrival date, the first night’s charge (advanced payment) is non refundable. Any cancelations inside of 2 days prior to arrival date, the entire stay (incl. taxes) will be charged to the Credit Card provided and is non refundable.

Long-Term Reservations:
more than 7 nights

Any cancelations outside of 7 days prior to arrival date, the first night’s charge (advanced payment) is non refundable. Any cancelations inside of 7 days prior to arrival date, 7 night’s (incl. taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided and is non refundable.
